Maria Blancas holds a B. S. in Audiovisual Communication from Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain) and an M. S. in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media from Pompeu Fabra University. Presently she is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC) at UPF and a researchers of the Synthetic Perceptive Emotive and Cognitive Systems (SPECS-lab) group at IBEC, Barcelona, Spain. Her research is focused on Educational Technologies and Human-Robot Interaction.
